About Midnight Knives

My name is Kyle Urbaniak. What started as a blue sky idea has evolved into owning and operating my own small cnc shop. I was born in Appleton Wisconsin, which is also the same city that Blade Magazine was born. Growing up I had a fascination with old knives. As an industrial designer with over 15 years in product design, I still find that knives draw me in. I've always carried one daily and truly believe they are one of the most important tools a person can possess. My love for design, 3D modeling, CNC machining, and a passion for knives has lead me here. Midnight Knives are made in Northern California. I appreciate your support!
